Michael D'Aoust

Michael D’Aoust is Sr. Vice President of Managed Services for PointTrade Services, Inc. Mr. D’Aoust leads PTSI’s FTZ administrator team in providing enterprise solutions for FTZ projects.
Mr. D’Aoust has 6 years of experience in the areas of import operations, import compliance and risk management, various aspects of the Foreign-Trade Zones program, global supply chain matters, software and systems management, and project development.
Mr. D’Aoust’s FTZ operational experience includes zone administration with involvement in the day-to-day operations for several on-going FTZ projects. He oversees PTSI’s administration and management functions for FTZ manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations in seven states handling $15.6 billion in total FTZ transactions.
He has been involved with management of zone projects related to companies in the electronics, tire, pharmaceutical, aircraft and marine engines, footwear, eye care, outdoor power products, computer chips, agricultural equipment, watches, and textile and apparel industries.
Additionally, he has been involved with providing consulting services in the preparation of foreign-trade zone feasibility analyses, review and development of procedure manuals, and research for other zone related studies, as well as assisting in the research, preparation and submission of foreign-trade zone applications for FTZ designation and activation.
Mr. D’Aoust actively participates in the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones as a seminar speaker and committee representative.
Mr. D’Aoust holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Stetson University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State University. Additionally, he previously held the Series 7 License, the National Association of Securities Dealers license for a securities representative.
